After  decades between studios, stages, and award circuits, I’ve come to see creation not only as an act of expression — but also as a responsibility.

Being a producer, artist, songwriter, international juror, and active member of institutions that help shape the future of music has given me a unique perspective.

 

That perspective is grounded in a multidisciplinary background spanning Portugal, Spain, and the United States.
Eddie completed university-level specialization courses and advanced programs at Berklee College of Music (USA) and Universidad Europea Miguel de Cervantes (Spain), and pursued specialized training in sound production and audio engineering at SAE (Madrid), ETIC – School of Technologies, Innovation and Creation (Lisbon), and Restart – Institute of Creativity, Arts and New Technologies (Lisbon).
This foundation bridges artistic creation, technical knowledge, and cultural management — shaping a 360º understanding of creation, production, and artistic development.

He serves as a Voting Member of both the Recording Academy (GRAMMYs) and the Latin Recording Academy (Latin GRAMMYs), actively engaging with the Producers & Engineers and Songwriters & Composers Wings — communities dedicated to excellence, education, and creative advocacy.

Format: 2–3 days of in-studio immersion (Lisbon, Madrid, Seville, or other locations)
Purpose: Create a Single designed to stand out — with artistic depth, emotional truth, and market impact.

• Dedicated studio time with Eddie — from idea to execution

  Two creative pathways:

  • Your original song (lyrics/music), produced and guided by Eddie

  • A co-created Single (lyrics, melody, vocals, and production with Eddie)

• Development of unique arrangements and sonic identity.

• Final recording delivered as demo or professional pre-production
  (Mixing & Mastering available on request, separate budget)

4. Legacy Discographic Projects – EPs & Albums

Format: Medium to long-term collaborations, fully tailored to each artist
Purpose: Transform your vision into a discographic legacy — with international quality, artistic depth, and Eddie’s award-winning touch.

• Pre-production: repertoire curation, arrangements, and structural refinement

• Studio recordings in Lisbon, Madrid, Seville, or other locations

​

Immersive programs in unique locations — Sintra, Algarve, Nazaré, or Andalusia — where music, inspiration, and wellbeing come together. Structured afternoon sessions provide creative focus, while mornings are left free for rest, exploration, or group activities in nature.​

• Creative sessions: Friday & Saturday (14:00–16:30, 17:30–20:00)

• Evening Creative Talk (Friday)

• Intimate showcase on Saturday night (22:00–23:30)

• Sunday morning closing session (10:00–12:30) + final lunch

• Departure after lunch

An intensive yet balanced creative journey — not just a short stay, but a focused cycle designed to spark inspiration, collaboration, and artistic clarity, with continuity beyond the retreat itself.

• Two structured daily creative blocks, with optional informal late-night jams

• Evening Creative Talk (Friday) — a space for industry insights, open conversations, and occasional guest perspectives from fellow artists.

• An intimate showcase on Saturday night

• A preparation session (45 min) before the retreat to align goals and expectations

• A mini follow-up session after the retreat for feedback and continuity

• Guidance and group collaboration in a curated, inspiring setting

• All meals included (from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch)

• Creative sessions: Monday to Thursday (14:00–16:30, 17:30–20:00)

• Individual session with Eddie (minimum 60 minutes, flexible as needed)

• Evening Creative Talk (Tuesday)

• Special showcase Thursday night (22:00–23:30)

• Friday closing session (10:00–12:30) + final lunch

• Departure after lunch

Purpose:
This is not just a stay — it’s a full-cycle creative experience, combining preparation, immersive collaboration, and post-retreat continuity. A journey designed to create breakthroughs while giving each artist clarity and direction for what comes next.

• Four days of structured creative immersion, with two daily blocks

• Free mornings for rest, wellbeing, or curated group activities (nature walks, sauna, pool, cycling)

• One individual session with Eddie (min. 60 minutes)

• Evening Creative Talk — a space for industry insights, open conversations, and occasional guest perspectives from fellow artists.

• Occasional guest masterclass or talk — offering additional perspective and inspiration from fellow artists or industry professionals.

• A preparation session (45 min) before the residency to align goals and expectations

• A full follow-up strategy session (80 min) after the residency to integrate results and plan next steps

• An intimate acoustic showcase on Thursday night

• All meals included (from Monday lunch to Friday lunch)

• Light refreshments available throughout the day

• Small group format: maximum 6 participants

💼 Investment: €2.380 per participant (including preparation & follow-up sessions, curated stay, meals, and the complete creative program)

 

✨ Please Note: Arrival and closing days are structured for orientation and final integration. While lighter than the core creative days, they are an essential part of the residency’s flow — setting the tone at the beginning and offering closure at the end. The following notes apply to both programs: schedules are indicative and may be adjusted due to the collaborative nature of these retreats. Flexibility is part of the creative journey. For any details not covered here, we’re available to clarify.

Important: Participation is limited to 6–8 artists per retreat. A 50% deposit is required to secure a spot. Due to the advance preparation and commitments involved, deposits are generally non-refundable, though partial credit or adjustments may be considered in exceptional cases.
